We are currently seeking a Delivery Director to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

NTT DATA is seeking a Client Delivery Executive/Senior Program Manager.  The Client Delivery Executive/Senior Program Manager will support one of our Key Federal Programs in our Washington DC/Northern Virginia location which is currently remote supported. The ideal candidate for this position should have direct onsite federal government program management experience providing IT Infrastructure support for an enterprise-level program.  The ideal candidate has demonstrated information technology expertise and communications skills to be able to interface with all levels of management.

The candidate manages program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations. Organizes directs and coordinates the planning and execution of all program/technical support activities. Simultaneously plans and manages the transition of several highly technical projects to production usage. Establishes and assesses staff skillset against tasks and customer priorities and adjusts as necessary to effectively direct program/technical support activities. Meets and confers with Government management officials regarding the status of specific program/technical activities as well as problems, risks, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution. 

The position scope includes Operations, Finance, Client Relationship Building, Sales, Contracts, and Personnel Management. This account focus’ on application development, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform to support a customer base of over 1800 agency staff and 250,000 external customers.  The position is responsible for Program Strategy, Base Purchase Agreement and Task Order Delivery Management, Program Management and Performance, Communication Management, Customer Satisfaction, Deliverable and Status Reporting, and Account Leadership.

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Serves as senior program liaison to the client’s customers; maintains customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations
  • Defines and manages program strategy to align with business strategy of the customer; influences customer strategy to foster innovation and growth of the customer in a trusted partnership relationship.
  • Directs the planning and management of the program and retains overall responsibility for performance including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance.
  • Responsible for the overall success of the program/projects and ensures goals and standards are successfully implemented.
  • Manage a team including subcontractors across distributed locations to ensure cost, schedule, and quality delivery through innovative solutions. 
  • Interface with the client stakeholders and provide trusted advice and recommendations.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Acts as the central point of contact with the Government for all contract requirements.
  • Drives and facilitates the project teams to meet all performance objectives.
  • Provides technical and financial reports in order to show progress to corporate management and customers.
  • Drive new business and organic growth through leading task order response efforts.  
  • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, executing, and monitoring and control functions of a large infrastructure contract with a diverse group of local and remote employees and subcontractors
  • Proficient in process definition and management
  • Experience supporting and interfacing with senior executive stakeholders
  • Experience in financial/budget management of contracts
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience managing IT programs, preferably at Civilian government agencies
  • 8+ years of experience managing programs, preferably Civilian government agencies
  • 2+ years managing programs supporting ServiceNow implementation and maintenance programs
  • Expertise in leading teams of 25 or more staff, preferably across numerous geographic locations and preferably using an agile methodology

 

Desired/Preferred:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required 
  • ITIL Foundations or higher certification required
  • Agile certification preferred

 

Education: 

  • Masters and 8 years of experience or bachelor's and 11 years of experience. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required 
  • ITIL Foundations or higher certification required

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who works in Colorado is $90,000 - $150,000. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on a number of factors, including work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
