NTT DATA Services currently seeks a IT Outreach Analyst to join our team in Anaheim, California (US-CA), United States (US).



Essential Functions:

-Reports to an IT Supervisor, Manager or Senior Manager.

- Reach out to the facility/connection with High-level education

-Working independently as well as in collaboration with broader teams, the IT

-Develop relationships with the community providers, health organizations, Networks, RHIO’s and ministry stakeholders in identifying interoperability/HIE use cases, bridging care gaps, increase provider portal adoption. 

- Outreach Analyst will create and utilize various tools and methods to provide support to end users, projects and business leaders on a regular and ad hoc basis.

- Responsible for working with project sponsors, IT site directors, ministry leaders and project managers to assess, analyze and develop business needs and requirements for potential IS projects/initiatives.

-Responsible for compiling and reporting data in formal and informal documents including reports and dashboards.

-Responsible for supporting and/or leading customer health information exchange implementations. Also responsible for business process design, business requirements development, training development, and user acceptance testing.

- Responsible for Multi-project management of all projects from outreach education, Participation Agreement signed, implementation, development, quality, Go-Live, training and validation.

-Responsible for building Survey and send it to all connected practices. Analyze the responses and improve processes. Manage expectations with facility/site of next-steps. Update & enhance internal website.

- Responsible for Patient Consent Audit, Consent report build and maintenance.

- Coordinate HIE/Provider Portal sponsorship process/project funding

- Work with legal/compliance and review new agreements and review amended agreements


Required Skills:

-Minimum of 4-6 years related experience including some hospital and Integration/HIE setting workflows.

-Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the software/application components.

-Proficient in practice outreaching and educating medical staff including Doctors, Nurses etc. 



-Interfaces (HL7, CCDA, IHE profiles, etc.) experience using diversified product lines of information systems.

- Experience managing, supporting and/or implementing complex projects that require coordination of resources and planning Experience with healthcare applications such as Meditech, Touchworks, Cerner, Epic, NextGen, Quest Lab, etc.
