NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Change Management Analyst to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).



Roles and Responsibilities:

- Track and perform ITIL-based change management process to include all stages of an enterprise change management process, e.g. act as key member of CCB/CAB
- Identifying and/or communicating implications of change for different impacted systems or audiences including development of change strategies for targeted and effective interventions,
- Develop and maintain the change management processes, policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on program requirements
- Capture detailed technical comments while displaying/presenting to a live and web-based audience
- Articulating the need for change to ensure stakeholder readiness
- Understanding various responses to change to effectively manage multiple stakeholders at different stages during the change management lifecycle
- Ownership of Change Management deliverables
- Developing and supporting the communication management for each project within the Program
- Assessing impact of change
- Identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation in relation to change management
- Supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities, support testing of role profiles
- Integrating change management activities into project plan
- Evaluating and ensuring user readiness
- Define and measure success metrics, monitor/track change progress, prepare and/or present change related root cause analysis
- Ability to create and manage Normal Change Requests (CRQ) and to fully document assigned tickets to show all work performed in order to pass SLRs

- US citizenship is required
- Bachelor's degree plus one year of experience or 5+ years ITIL Change Management related work experience. Education Substitution:  For each year of degree required, 2 years of experience may be substituted
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in user-friendly language
- ITIL Certification a plus
