NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Health Plan Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).




The Healthplan Marketing Specialist is an experienced marketer who brings a proven track record of success in driving digital marketing campaigns, project managing events, and creating sales enablement content, preferably with a background in IT Services and a knowledge of the Health Plan industry.


* Must have a strong entrepreneurial marketing and business development experience to create results-oriented strategic marketing plans.

* Creative professional with solid relationship building skills needed to jointly develop strategic marketing plans in partnership with sales and solutions subject matter experts.

* Ability to effectively use analytical, social media and presentation tools to develop and execute robust marketing campaigns and events.

* Online marketing and video messaging experience is a plus when creating dynamic messages that aligns to sales objectives.

* Experience with, sales enablement tools and a deep understanding of complex and/or strategic sales tactics with B2B organizations.

* Comfortable reporting metrics and presenting to executive management team


Basic Qualifications:

* At minimum a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, and/or English

* Strong writing/editing and communication skill with at least 5 years in corporate communications, marketing, public relations or related fields

* 2 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience

* Basic understanding of IT Services preferably within Health Plan vertical

* Digital marketing experience

* Event management expertise with detail-oriented project management skills

* Proven ability to understand and articulate complex subjects to sophisticated audiences, and simplify material as necessary for broader audiences

* Ability to navigate a highly-matrixed environment and connect the dots

* Must be comfortable working in a large, complex organization; ability to work effectively with colleagues in many locations while managing competing priorities and deadlines

* Budget management skills
