NTT DATA Services currently seeks a IT Administrative Specialist/Analyst to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).  MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET OR TOP SECRET CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED.

 

 


•Prepares administrative reports and composes correspondence based on the government’s direction.
•Assists with maintaining and monitoring of the executives calendars, and schedules meetings and appointments.
•Attends meetings, documents commitments and action items made, informs staff of commitments/action items, and arranges for staff to follow through on implementation. Arranges meeting space, speakers, and support details for large conferences. Coordinates transportation to and from the meeting sites.
•Coordinates the acquisition of equipment and supplies for the organization by ascertaining the needs of subordinate offices and consolidating their requests into a single request for the organization as a whole. Acquires equipment and services through standard procedures for procuring, authorizing, controlling and justifying the purchases.
•Screens all personal visitors and telephone calls, and communicates procedural or administrative questions. Coordinates with government personnel to determine which staff members should receive technical inquiries and follows up to ensure a timely response.
•Creates/updates, monitors, and tracks the content (e.g., Kanban board, schedules, newsletters, other publications) of SharePoint sites or the other internal web sites, as directed, to ensure that information is kept up to date.
•Performs web research to obtain internal and external documentation and information (e.g., policies, guidance, directives, legislation) at the direction of executives or identified staff. Documents findings (e.g., links, soft copy document, written and/or verbal narrative), and communicates findings to executive management and/or staff.
•Performs an organized filing function of all documentation, memorandums, and other pertinent information as directed by the office executives and staff.
•Produces/updates/edits/formats program support material using various office software programs including, but not limited to, spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and graphic presentation software (e.g., MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, e-Forms, and Visio) to meet specific requirements. Identifies the appropriate office software programs to produce the required support materials.
•Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experienced in use of SharePoint.

Required Qualifications:

•Requires 4-6 years experience as an Administrative Specialist

•All candidates must have an AA degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
•The candidates must possess an Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
