NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Privacy/Compliance Analyst to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).



The IT MA will contribute to varying tasks including performing duties associated with writing of Plan of Action and Milestones (PoA&M) that effectively manage security program risk and mitigate plans.


General Duties and Tasks:

  • Track and develop Initial Privacy Assessments (IPAs) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) 
  • Provide on-going support of the privacy documentation and status sheet
  • Provide support for on-going system inventory as it pertains to privacy concerns
  • Participate in business analysis/requirements sessions facilitated by the Government Project teams and IT Security Office to discuss and document requirements related to Privacy as it relates to IPAs and PIAs
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders ensuring action items are brought to closure and documentation are revised, reviewed, and submitted to the appropriate Executive offices
  • Provide support for Security Coordination meetings (room setup, operating A/V equipment, documenting meeting minutes, documenting and tracking action items)

Knowledge of:

  • Privacy Act of 1974, the E-Government Act of 2001, OMB Circular A-130 Appendix I and II, Privacy Status Reporting, Privacy Compliance standards, methods, and artifacts


  • MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Microsoft Office Visio 2016
  • Microsoft Office Project 2016
  • SharePoint 2016 User

General Skills

  • Communication skills both written and oral
  • Flexibility is a must, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multi-task and work well under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building partnerships with business and technical stakeholders as applicable
  • Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technology) or equivalency.
  • IT Privacy knowledge/experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance
