NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Security/Classification Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

 

 

  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding classification, marking, policy development, customer support, and other areas requiring such expertise in order to comply with Executive Order 13526
  • Guide and lead the organization regarding compliance requirements for Executive Order 13526; ensure alignment to relevant agency and department policies and guidance
  • Ensure the unique characteristics and operational tenets of the program are considered in developing strategy to comply with Executive Order 13526
  • Coordinate with, and seek council from, appropriate internal and external contacts, to include the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO), the USMS Office of Security Programs, the USMS Agency Document Control Officer, and other agencies/organizations as required to seek implementation/policy guidance
  • Provide knowledge sharing and guidance to internal government resources concerning their specific role and responsibilities in relation to complying with Executive Order 13526
  • Assist in the identification of employees that have derivative classification authority, and ensure those individuals are trained in the proper application of the derivative classification principles of EO 13526
  • Identify key stakeholders required in the development and approval processes for guides or other materials produced
  • Facilitate meetings and working sessions with key stakeholders to develop classification guides; this includes facilitating guided discovery sessions and documenting results of these sessions
  • Provide meeting logistical support to include scheduling, resources, capturing meeting minutes/action items, and tracking all open actions to close
  • Facilitate the process of formal reviews, to include feedback capture and adjudication, revision management, and publication of the final products
  • Develop strategies associated with the rollout/communication of published guides as well as the classification marking tool (CMT), to include training, communications/announcements, and preparing briefings and other collateral materials
  • Providing direct support related to the rollout of the guides, CMT, etc.; coordinate roll-out activities with appropriate parties within the organization

 

Other Requirements:

-  Top Secret Clearance

10 Yrs. Minimum Relevant Experience Client-specified industry certifications may apply.

MS/MA in Information Technology Management,  Business, or task order specific discipline
