NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Sr. IT Consultant to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

 

 

The Senior IT Principal Consultant will contribute to varying tasks within one or more of the following PMO areas: Program/Portfolio Management, Project Support, Investment Management, Budget Analysis, Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, and Change/Configuration Management. Agile experience, exceptional communication skills (written and oral), and a broad range of IT knowledge/experience is required. Flexibility is a must, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

 

The Senior IT Principal Consultant’s work will include but is not limited to the following activities:

IT Governance / Oversight

Project Feasibility
Project Compliance (standards, methods, artifacts)

Privacy Assessments
Organization / Project surveys (as-is analysis, requirement fit analysis, satisfaction assessment)

Technical Liaison Support (e.g., Agile practices, CONOPS, C&A)

Functional Analysis
Organizational Development
Process engineering and validation (e.g., CM, CCB)
Project Risk Management
Project Briefings

Writing and updating Policy
Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC), Agile Methodology, PMBOK, ITIL
IT Investment Management

Review IT Investments
Budget analysis
Capital Planning and Investments
Acquisition management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technology)
PMP Certification
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant Federal Government IT Portfolio Management experience

Minimum 7 years analyzing management, business and technical issues related to program management and information systems

Minimum 7 years providing guidance to the business implications of various systems.
Minimum 7 years collaborating on feasibility studies and systems planning
Minimum 7 years assisting in formulating systems scope and objectives
Minimum 7 years devising and/or modifying procedures for managing complex programs
Must have a minimum of Secret Clearance
