NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Account Service Manager Senior Advisor - Atlanta, GA to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).



Role Responsibilities:

Oversees, facilitates and administers ITIL based service. Responsibilities include management of service delivery processes to include Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Service Level Management and Configuration Management. 

Prepares and presents operational service level reports with explanation of service level support. Administers and manages the configuration of process related and reporting tools. Compiles and performs analysis of reports and statistical data and trends related to service level compliance. Provides training and mentoring for functional teams to ensure process guidelines are understood and followed. Provides point of contact for process related questions of issues and facilitates process related meetings. 

  • Ensures effective communication and coordination of problem solving efforts between support teams
  • Collaborates with other team members to ensure consistency of delivery, adherence to standard practices and continuous improvement
  • Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improves business performance
  • Contributes to the area through delivery of end results
  • Escalates matter of business risk
  • Allocates work and mentors others
  • Leads complex service delivery process’s
  • Develops resolutions to complex problems that require frequent use of creativity
  • Identifies and leads continuous improvement activities in support of customer or internal processes

Basic Required qualifications:

  • 8+ years ITIL processes and principals and relevant experience
