NTT DATA Services currently seeks a IT Help Desk/Call Center Agent to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

 

 

The IT Help Desk/Call Center Agent processes a range of scheduled routines. In addition to operating the system and resolving common error conditions, this worker diagnoses and acts on machine stoppage and error conditions not fully covered by existing procedures and guidelines (e.g., resetting switches and other controls or making mechanical adjustments to maintain or restore.


In response to computer output instructions or error conditions, the Computer Operator III may deviate from standard procedures if standard procedures do not provide a solution and refers problems which do not respond to corrective procedures to a person of supervisory or higher individual contributor level.


Education

- HS/GED or equivalent experience


Specific Skills
- 3+ years of IT Helpdesk/Call Center experience, user support, Win7/Win10, Outlook, and ticketing system knowledge/experience
- 2+ years hardware experience working with a variety of Intel based PCs, laptops, tablets, and servers; mobile phone support (Droid, Blackberry, & IPhone)
- 2+ years software experience: Win7/Win10, Outlook(Exchange), mobile phone support (Droid, Blackberry, & IPhone), Remote desktop tools, Citrix App support.


Desired Skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently 

- Highly skilled in typing

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must

- Must be reliable and able to work independently.
