We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Austin, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). (remote)

Responsibilities
 

  • Incident management related to the TCC product line service interruptions in collaboration with the infra, network, Ops, and app support teams.
  • Participate and/or lead transition meetings with Customer or other third-party teams to transition new products to the Customer Global Cloud Support (“GCS”) team. Activities may include understanding and documenting the following: system architecture, code trees, CI/CD pipeline activities, application instrumentation, alerting and troubleshooting, and a Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”) manual. 
  • Work on assigned defects in the Lower and Production environments related to the infrastructure, application configuration, performance, computing resources, and capacity planning. 
  • Work on Proof of Concepts, exploratory work in new technologies as assigned by the Customer 
  • Scheduling and driving release activities and coordinating post-release testing. Ensuring quality testing is thorough and complete. Supervising the activity of service-lined activities in production and non-production environments. 
  • Participating in the design, implementation (Coding), verification (Unit Testing), and maintenance of cloud environments, application components, IOT Signal/data stream processing, data platforms, and pipeline orchestration.
  • Ensuring application updates have been repeatedly deployed and tested in lower environments and making sure the cycle time and downtime for the impact of the new features to production users are minimal.
  • Recording all Service line-based activities via Agile tools and tickets and ensuring closure.
  • Coordinating the complete lifecycle of the application such as development, testing, integration of the Cloud Hosted applications, and the transition of this application to Operations support teams.
  • Investigating critical events and issues, creating corrective actions, and guiding the customer care team to resolve the issue. For widespread issues with increased customer impact, hosting a technical bridge and driving the team to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
  • Building RUN Books to document procedures for deploying and maintaining the application in Production and Non-Production environments; and
  • Leading and coordinating Onshore and Offshore teams in the development and deployment of the application services.

Basic Qualifications:
 

  • C#.NET (Should have a minimum of 3 years of coding experience in .Net (.Net 5 & above would be added advantage)
  • Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Power shell
  • Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Couchbase, RabbitMQ
  • Microsoft SQL Server with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Should have at least one year of experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience with any of the monitoring tools like Splunk, App Dynamics, and Kibana
  • Should have at least three years of experience in Atlassian tools stack - (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket - mandatory)
  • Should have Three years’ experience in any Deploy tool Octopus Deploy
  • Travel:  No Travel
  • Degree: 4 years degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience

 

Nice to Have:

  • On-prem Data center experience (nice to have)
  • Experience in any of Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Terraform, Azure DevOps, or Openshift will be added advantage
  • Work experience on Microsoft Azure AppService, Azure Monitor, and Azure IoT platform will be an added advantage.
