  • Good to have ITIL Expert or Intermediate Certification.
  • Accountable for Service Delivery, Operations management, Client relations, Continual service improvement and transition of Infrastructure technologies for one of largest US financial services company.
  • Lead the Cloud Delivery Function for our Infrastructure Work Package which would help the customer realize their strategic initiatives using NTTDATA proprietary tools.
  • Provide supervision/support to a large team of IT Professionals in Offshore and Onshore
  • Accountable for the teams responsible for managing entire end to end IT infrastructure including the availability of critical applications.
  • Planning and scheduling of activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters for optimizing resource utilization.
  • Leverage Management tools to realize our vision to enrich our processes and methodologies adhering to a well-defined performance and process standard, catering to day to day process needs of all delivery and support organization.
  • Leading and Monitoring the performance of team members for ensuring efficiency in operations and projects and meeting of individual and group targets.
  • Coordinate with project teams to understand and execute the infrastructure related requirements.
  • Improve and enhance the processes and flow through Continual Service improvement plans.
  • Make sure that all the customer satisfaction/operational issues are addressed promptly with detailed explanation.
  • Manage and motivate operations teams to promote collaboration and keep members focused on the task.
  • Participate and actively work on RFPs and internal and external interactions.
  • Ensure that all infrastructure critical applications/devices including EMC VNX Storage and IBM XIV, Tivoli Storage Manager, EMC Avamar & Data domain, Checkpoint Firewall, F5 Load balancer, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, Windows Server support, Active directory, VMware Site recovery Manager, Vcenter, Cisco Networking , Linux, AIX and Database are running without/less disruption or downtime
  • Define and leverage operational metrics to help drive optimization and efficiency opportunities.
  • Enable team members to achieve & sustain globally recognized industry practices
  • Collect, prioritize, manage, and report on the requests coming into the IT infrastructure function.
  • Responsible to maintain good relationship between customer and NTTDATA
  • Supporting all enterprise monitoring initiatives, and the NA network operations center
  • Supporting build, and deployment of automation across all lines of business
  • Continually monitor and enforce desired configurations, and automatically remediate any unexpected changes or configuration drift
  • Coordinate with all infrastructure teams to architect, design / build, and operate project implementations.
