Our Cloud Consultant are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Cloud Consultant provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. 


Once You Are Here, You Will: 

  • Maintain overall responsibility for technical resolutions as per the customer standards/requirements to ensure the success of the project 

  • Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success 

  • Daily activities include but not limited to: 

  • Understand customer requirements from BA and seek clarifications 

  • Ownership for resolution of Incidents, minor and standard changes for the respective technology tower  

  • Update PM on issues/roadblocks in adhering to the timelines for tasks allocated 

  • All development should comply recommended standards and avoid creating duplicate Fields, Objects, Validation or any Configurations etc.  

  • Attend Project Meetings as set up by PM and provide updates on status of tasks allocated 










Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 6+ years of related SFDC experience as a cloud consultant 

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification 

  • Sales or Service Cloud Certification  

  • Minimum 3+ years of configuration, workflow and approval process, organizational security controls, sharing rules, queues and public groups, role hierarchy and user profiles, Data Migration process from legacy systems and Reports and dashboards 

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience working with the overlap of business and technical processes to drive design solutions and form/drive related plans.

Remote with minimum client travel expected (under normal operating conditions post-COVID)
