NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Credit Risk Consultant to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

 

 

This position will primarily support the Credit Risk function by analyzing application information including but not limited to tracking the timely receipt of financial data and assisting with various audits and loan review experiences. This position will be providing Credit Risk expertise to testing requirements, and insure all documents align to underwriting rules. This position works very closely with the entire Credit Risk staff and on occasions other departments as well.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Reviews all pertinent credit and financial information, including reporting services, credit bureaus, other companies, main office files, and branches, and determines the need for more thorough investigation or additional information.
*Monitoring, managing and reporting exposures at a counterpart, product and portfolio level.
*Previous Reg E and Reg Z experience.
*Identify, resolve and communicate issue related to applications and/or documentations through testing & monitoring. Follow federal regulations and related internal procedures for these reviews.
*Partner with cross functional teams and stakeholders to determine how to design analysis and presentation approaches that will significantly improve our ability to understand and address emerging business issues.
*Ability to work with large volumes of data; extract and manipulate large datasets using standard tools such as SQL and SAS.
*Communicate complex concepts and the results of the analyses in a clear and effective manner keeping stakeholders informed.

Preferred skills:
*Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
*10+ years implementing and managing strategies around Credit Risk
*Previous experience in Consumer Card preferred
*7+ years of experience managing large projects and/or programs
*Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job
*Excellent service orientation and team approach

      

Basic Qualifications:

5 years experience managing large projects and programs within Financial Services
