NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Change Management Senior Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

 

 

Job Description:

  • End to end ownership of submitted Change Requests and tracking of the progress interfacing with business and application teams
  • Interface with Business and application teams, understand functional business and connectivity requirements, translate business/application requirements into actionable requests to be implemented by infrastructure teams.
  • Ownership of projects and connectivity issues from application teams
  • Planning and scheduling complex Systematic Trading Firewall and Network changes, risk review and escalation
  • Understand and review the service requests received from the business end to end and submit Change Requests
  • Ensure to submit RFC within the service levels
  • Provide timely reporting visibility to business stakeholders about timelines and dependencies
  • Manages change requests, ensuring changes follow defined process and comply with requirements
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Adherence to standardized documentation requirements and procedures
  • Maintain change log, change schedule, history, and documentation for network changes utilizing authorized tracking and documentation tools
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with ability to turn items around in a quick manner
  • Maintains procedures, policies and other documentation relating to Change Management, making use of the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow.
  • Produce reports related to Change Requests on a daily basis

Required Skillset:

 

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Incident and Change Management related to Networks
Experience in ITSM tool, Service Now experience would be a plus
Networking and network routing experience is required
Atleast 1 year experience in managing Network Firewall and Proxy  (Checkpoint, Juniper & Palo Alto Network Firewalls)
Strong analytical capability working in mission-critical environments
Strong communication skills at managerial level, including verbal and written skills
15+ Yrs. regular education
ITIL V3 Foundation Certification would be a plus
Flexible to work in 24/7 environment
