Content Marketing Specialist for Recruitment Marketing

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts talent (including blog posts, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)  
  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals, and suggest ways to improve the existing content 
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets 
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content 
  • Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content 
  • Developing content for blogs, articles, social media, and the careers webpage 
  • Assisting the recruitment marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns 
  • Edit, proof-read, and improve content 
  • Work with web and social team to build content for posts 
  • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice 
  • Ensuring regular refresh of content keeping the audience interest in mind 
  • Design content to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around NTT DATA as employer of choice in the market 


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or related field with an experience of minimum 6 years in similar role 
  • Experience in writing copy or with experience in content writing required 
  • Demonstrated communication, writing, research and typing skills 
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite applications required
