NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Delivery Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).



Support for client's Third Party Providers or Suppliers that connect to Client through B2B or Collaboration Services.  Client partners are based in approximately 75 countries.  The role includes coordination with multiple teams (internal and external) to implement collaboration solutions from a service catalogue, overseeing the onboarding of the External Workers, providing training and support for the External Worker Super Users and taking part in operational meetings with the Clients.  This role is client facing focussed and requires strong customer facing skills.


General Overview of Services

Assessment - Evaluation to determine level of effort required to outsource an existing business capability. Review the capability of the External Worker to adequately supply the service and support access to Client Systems.

Solution design - Interpretation of Business requirements into a solution package.  Made up of the following services: Connectivity, Account Provisioning, Application Provisioning and File Exchange & Collaboration


Solution Implementation - Coordination with relevant Client and Partner IS teams to implement solutions


Account Provisioning - Provide cross functional oversight and problem management of the account provisioning process


Partner Management (Training & Support) - Train External Super User team and provide on-going support and management of Client's External Workers


Service Lifecycle Management – Management of the solution lifecycle and change control (design, deployment, connectivity, functionality and performance)


Needs to have overall "big picture" technical understanding of network and application systems.

Requires excellent verbal and written communication skils with client facing expertise.

Needs to be able to think "outside-the-box" for connectivity solutions.

Self-driven individual that can work within a team environment.

Must be able to work in rotational shift (with flexibility).
