NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Helpdesk Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a “Helpdesk Analyst” to join our team in “Bangalore”.

 

-The position that we are requesting is for a tech lead for Apria based out of bangalore.

-This person will be responsible for all quality related activites for the team.

-This person will also be responsible to partner with manager and customer teams.

-Multiple interlock calls with support teams requires a full time Tech leads will represent SD on those meetings.

-Its a versatile environment and it requires a tech lead.

-there are touChpoint meetings with customer requires a techlead and a manager to represent Service Desk.

- Call monitorings for the team and feedback for the same.

-Misassigned and other quality feedback related taks to be completed by the Tech Lead.

- Realtime Ticket documentation analysis for the team.

- Realtime High Severity ticket monitoring.

- Realtime Misassigned analysis and feedback.

- Engaging with assignee groups and the gathering information on new applications and changes to applications.

- Engaging with the Managers regarding performance of the team.

- Engaging with support functions such as quality and training for process improvement.

- monitoring realtime challangesd for the team.

- realtime escalation analysis.

 

Requirements:

-Minimum 12 Months in the current role.

-Sound Technical knowledege.

-Comfortable in rotational shift.

-good knowledge of the account on SLA and customer front.
