We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
<div ccp_infra_copy_id="01922f14-3076-4a4f-ba73-03aa67506236" ccp_infra_timestamp="1695711089670" ccp_infra_user_hash="2875845896" ccp_infra_version="3" data-ccp-timestamp="1695711089670">| Part of a team of process mappers to map various types of financial services processes to a consistent level based on input and information gathered from across all Departments. • Must have Aris Experience • Managing process change • Experience in using the ARIS Platform for process mapping, reporting, etc. • Qualification: Six Sigma level Green belt required. • Leading process redesign workshops • Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes • Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance • Proven experience in mapping within ARIS to a level 4/5 driving consistency across multiple divisions and functions. • Specific experience in process mapping Retail Banking and wider Financial Services processes • Knowledge of IT/Technical/Change processes (outsourcing, procurement, technical services, etc) and specific skillset for engaging with 3rd party providers Resource will be Part of Consulting team and have Proven ability to: •Work in a team environment •Manage Stakeholders •Organize work, prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously •Successfully meet tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and integrity •Work and execute with minimal supervision or remote management •Must have Green Belt Aris Knowledge and Financial Services Experience |
