NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

 

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Consistently drive for Service improvement plan across tracks.

- Consistently monitoring the SLA compliance and drive delivery excellence.

- Responsible for performing daily operational tasks like incident/escalation management, changes and maintaining availability at the customer site(s) as outlined by MS best practice documentation.

- Actively contributes to the configuration, layout and performance tuning of converged Infrastructure.

- Ensure customer satisfaction is met by maintaining process quality through the execution of the quality management program.

- Ensures the delivery of multiple or highly complex projects. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.

- Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities of delivery staff in an assigned function. Develops work schedules and monitors work flow to achieve established goals & objectives.

- May prepare detailed project plans, strategies and project management plan for the implementation of an engagement within the standards of project management methodologies.

- Prepares, maintains and submits clear & concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures.

- Communicates to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues. Proactively follows escalation and change control processes.

- Responsible for creating goals and milestones within a project to ensure commitments to the customer are achieved. Ensures projects stay within scope.

- Drive day to day operations in 24/7 environment for multiple customer engagements.

- Will interface with the onsite leads to identify the areas for the improvement in the delivery and drive the best practices implementation.

- Prepare reports and maintain organizational records in agreement with Managers (shift planners, monthly time sheets, allowance tracking, quality assurance)

- Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to provide effective 24/7 coverage of operations.

- Ensures and provides a single point of contact from within his/her team during the project.

- Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to the team: sales, customers and delivery personnel.
