NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Shift Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).



Job Level Specific Duties:


  • Understand and Work according to the defined policies and procedures of the project.
  • Drive the team in terms of guiding on technical/project process.
  • Manage and monitor all KPI's and SLA's as per the scope of Service.
  • Collaborate with cross cluster team (as appropriate) to handle daily operations.
  • Must have practical exposure to ITIL framework implementation.
  • Ensure that proper procedures are being followed by team members on shift to provide excellent customer service.
  • Proactively monitor for potential customer issues and mitigate such issues.
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating the timely resolution of Outages following defined outage management procedures.
  • Coordinating post incident reviews and identifying areas for improvement, then tracking to completion any resulting actions.
  • Ensuring & Drive team to follow the ticketing process without any deviations.
  • Monitoring of tickets and taking the actions necessary to meet SOC service targets.
  • Managing Incidents including Major Incident with a priority of “Critical” or “High”
