Position's Overview Required. <p>Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.<br /> Drive automation resolution percentage by introducing new use cases and enhancing existing workflows<br /> Good Knowledge on service desk processes and knowledge on Windows,Unix,Netorwk tickets &nbsp;<br /> Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.<br /> Perform quality assurance<br /> Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements &mdash; verbally or through written documentation &mdash; to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.<br /> Define reporting and alerting requirements<br /> Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration<br /> Help design, document and maintain system processes<br /> Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team<br /> Communicate key insights and findings to product team<br /> Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer</p>
