We are currently seeking a Security Lead to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• -Responsible for maintaining & enhancing information security management program(s) to ensure integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information
• –Adhere to security best practices and comply with government standards
• -Analyze mission requirements and make recommendations
• -Assess information security risk and facilitating remediation of identified vulnerabilities for IT security and risk across the enterprise
• -Generate security reports related to incidents, vulnerabilities, and configurations
• -Serve as subject matter expert/lead for all IT security related tasks
• -Collaborate with technology architecture teams by performing security analysis of proposed architectures, risk assessment, providing timely feedback, and comply with security requirements
• -Provide guidance and best practice recommendations for IT security policies, procedures, and standards that meet regulatory requirements
• -Maintain knowledge of security regulations, best practices, countermeasures, compliance standards, and current threats  

Certifications & Skills:  

• -Required Certification-CISSP
• -5+ years’ experience in Application Security and Risk Management Framework expertise
• -3+ years’ experience with Coverity , Black Duck, Fortify, Netsparker
• -Knowledge of HHS Information Security Program
• -Experience in Government Standards such as NIST, FEDRAMP, FISMA, etc.  

Required Education/Experience:

• -Undergraduate Degree or equivalency
• -10+ years of relevant experience
• -Applicants selected will be subject to a Public Trust background security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information.  
• Must have 3 consecutive year of US residency.
• US Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred
