NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Applications Support Project Manager to join our team in Boston, MA, United States. We are looking for a great worker who brings high energy levels to the workplace and is able to initiate projects and generate positive momentum in their daily activities. High levels of customer service are expected and communication is key to a team’s overall success.



-Project manage the product and application changes working with customer and other vendors we have upstream and downstream interfaces with

-Create portfolio, program and project level plans using MSP and other tools, manage, monitor and track the projects closely with regular cadences with the diversified teams

-Manage the projects following Waterfall and Agile methodologies and through the lifecycle 

-Define the program and project level metrics and run the health checks 

-Manage the overall change management and intake process associated with changes working closely with customer business/IT leaders and internal stakeholders

-Help drive program and project level estimation using industry standard models and techniques.

-Manage risks and resolves issues that affect project scope, schedule and quality

-Weekly program and project dashboard and metrics reporting


Basic Requirements:

-A very strong communicator and customer facing experienced and hands on proficient project manager is required for this account who can work from customer location in Boston

-Manage the product and applications changes under budget and on time

-Work with stakeholders at customer end including COO & CIO teams PM’s from other vendors

-Solid understanding and experience in Enrollment, Premium Billing, Payments, EDI, Health Plans and associated business products would be required

-Technology stack understanding and associated workflow and lifecycle management tools experience

-Deep experience of working with PM tools like MSP, Visio, MS Office and other lifecycle tools is mandated

-Self-starter, motivated enough to work in a complex and challenging environment with SLA based delivery, globally diversified teams and fixed priced projects experience

-Must have worked on six sigma-based process improvement and innovation programs and help bring in automation



-Background in Healthcare Payer Domain

-Strong verbal and written communications skills

-PMP Certification
