NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Development Senior Advisor to join our team in Bucharest, București (RO-B), Romania (RO).



Role Overview 

Oversees the development of strategic business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments. Responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining on-going company relationships and programs with strategic partners and clients to produce sales opportunities. Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information and creates compelling market analysis presentations. Provides financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships. Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to leadership based on the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success.

Role Responsibilities

  • Participates in lead qualification, client proposal development and presentations, developing value propositions for customers, and understanding and communication of NTT
    DATA services capabilities
  • Manages the value proposition development process for prospective clients to include requests for information, proposal and presentation development, as well as developing and
    maintaining sales content for use in business development activities
  • Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns to drive the sales of NTT DATA’s managed services and IT outsourcing services
  • Supervises the development of cost models, manages the solution change control process, and oversees, coordinates and finalizes deal proposal content
  • Guides practice and field sales to effectively position solution and provide overall governance review and approval for new business opportunities
  • Ensures value proposition meets the customer's requirement and can be delivered within the proposed scope
  • Works with business unit leaders to design, develop, package and communicate the services that NTT DATA can deliver to customers
  • Maintains a high level of industry, organization, product and service knowledge to transfer this knowledge to customers and prospects

  • Long-term vision of business/technology direction for NTT DATA
  • Being able to advise customers/NTT DATA on strategic business and technology plans
  • Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader on the industry, the NTT DATA business model and competitors
  • Effectively exercises power and influences key decisions for the benefit of NTT DATA and the customer
  • Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization
  • 5+ years of direct Business Development experience
  • Proven track record of driving closure of $30M+ TCV transactions
