We are currently seeking a Service Desk Agent with German to join our team in Bucharest, București (RO-B), Romania (RO).



⦁   Diagnoses and troubleshoots Level 1 IT problems encountered with PC hardware, software and peripherals
⦁   Documents service orders and performs follow-up of completed orders for management, information reporting, and client satisfaction

⦁   Handles problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve

⦁   Coordinates user requests with external vendors according to policies and procedures
⦁   Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical,  professional or service personnel for  appropriate services, repairs, training or follow-up
⦁   Solves problems for German clients with challenging expectations
⦁   Maintains / builds relationships with other groups that impact the technical aspect for phone support (e.g., tool content teams, product group) 

•   Participates with leaders to determine focus areas for technical improvements 
(e.g., establishes targeted mentoring programs, consults on incentives related to technical performance)
•   May coach employees in achievement of metric results

⦁   May provides guidance / training for less experienced colleagues 

Key Skills


⦁   German and English confident speaker, experienced both in verbal and written communication

⦁   Customer centric with advanced etiquette skills and a demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community

⦁   Problem solver with solid troubleshooting skills and good understanding of the IT fundamentals of network, server and desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools and equipment

⦁   Excellent at recognizing internal and external clients’ needs and expectations

⦁   High tolerance for processes and people


Preferred Skills

⦁   2-4 years relevant experience
