NTT DATA Services is currently looking for a Service Desk Associate Director for our growing team in Romania.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of Service Desk services and collaborate with the Delivery Executives who support NTT clients in the EMEA region as well as global clients serviced out of the EMEA region
  • Provide direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function of work area
  • Translate business plans into objectives and exercise latitude in managing operations
  • Accomplish results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team member
  • Provide direction and guidance for operations, administration and results for a major department or multiple departments within a function or work area
  • Establish operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals across assigned areas
  • Direct, manage and provide thought leadership to third-level leaders that lead cross-functional teams domestically and/or globally
  • Work with executive leadership, develop, direct and drive key business strategies that provide the highest level of improvement to business processes and client service delivery
  • Define and drive performance standards and process improvements across the entire technical support organization

  • profound experience managing large Service Desk teams, with Service Desk operations, ITIL and ITSM systems supporting our industry
  • Expert leadership and team building skills
  • Expert project management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of product lines and technical knowledge
  • Expert client service skills
  • fluent English, both spoken and written
