We are currently seeking a Business Analyst/Tester to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements and revises existing system logic difficulties.
• Implements systems applications and tests enduser processes.
• Creates / delivers correspondence, presentations and other materials for end user training.
• Responds to client inquiries involving application question
• Develops customized queries and reports utilizing more complex table matrices.
• Interacts with clients, internal and external, acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas.
• Documents business rules / functional requirements to support system enhance - ments.
• Oversees external product vendors’ performance and collaborates on future system enhancements.
• Works with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications.  

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of overall testing/ QA experience 
• Minimum 2 yrs of experience in Manual Testing using Selenium
   

Good To Have:

• LMS Domain Knowledge Agile Certification
• Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture.
• Solid analytical / problem solving skills.
• Strong influencing and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to translate between nontechnical business users and technical IT resources.
• Strong client service attitude. Strong organiza-tional and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Test Automation tools and techniques
