NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Communications Project and Production Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).



Job Purpose:

Provide project management and reporting support for communications and engagement projects or campaigns. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide project management knowledge and leadership to support the on-time and high quality delivery of communications and engagement sessions to bank employees. This may include developing and managing the project plan for communications and engagement activities, managing team processes, routines, metrics, deliverables due to the PMO, etc.

The role will also involve scheduling and executing the work to produce and distribute final print and electronic communications to target audiences. This includes scheduling communications in our centralized communications scheduling tool as well as submitting requests to the various teams that manage our intranet, email, video and broadcast channels. The role will work with the channels teams to provide final content as well as test and sign off on messages and content before distribution.

The role involves working directly within the GHR Comms team while also coordinating with PMO and GHR business partners and internal and external vendor partners as required.


Required skills:

* Demonstrated project management experience (5+ years)
* Experience working as part of a structured project team with tight timelines and deliverables
* Detail and timeline oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including ability to prepare and present sensitive materials to high-level stakeholders
* Proven ability to build partnerships, address issues with creative solutions and to deliver results
* Strong analytical skills; adept at data gathering, analysis and presentation
* Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills required
* Experience with Human Resources products and/or communications and training development is highly desirable
* Utility player willing to pitch in and do what it takes to help team succeed


* Ability to challenge the system using an inquiring mind and analytical skills
* Listening, Mediating, Integrating and Influencing skills
* Commitment to help employees move to a self-service environment, and a continued focus on and passion for improving the employee/manager experience
* High degree of integrity, personal ethics and commitment to delivering
