NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Communications and Engagement Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

 

 

Job Purpose:

Will manage the overall communications and engagement work for a project or workstream with large scope, includes working with SMEs and project resources to identify audiences, audience impacts, develop engagement and communications strategies, and execute on the stratety.

Responsible for supporting the goals of the enterprise and GHR by managing the end to end change adoption strategies for projects and change initiatives that impact HR, Executives, LOB managers and employees.

 

This role includes:

* Integrating with communication teammates to develop and execute communication and engagement strategies for projects and programs
* Understanding the impacted audiences and how those audiences are impacted at a detailed level (audience impact analysis)
* Planning and executing communications and engagement strategies and tactics to address the audience impacts and help them to adopt changes
* Managing project plan and management routines to ensure communications and engagement (change adoption) plans are implemented with high quality and on time
* Develop and execute strategies and routines to ensure key stakeholders are aware of the impacts and plans
* May lead and direct the work of teammates and other resources who are helping to execute the communications and engagement plan
* Partnering with program owners to ensure they play an active role in developing the communications and engagement strategy, and, at times, influencing them to deeply understand audiences and impacts and drive changes in the most human way possible.

 

Required skills:

* Demonstrated experience in managing change adoption including communications and engagement with employees, managers and key stakeholders
* Experience working as part of a structured project team with tight timelines and deliverables
* Proven project management skills; detail oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including ability to prepare and present sensitive materials to high-level stakeholders
* Proven ability to build partnerships, address issues with creative solutions and to deliver results
* Strong analytical skills; adept at data gathering, analysis and presentation
* Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills required
* Experience with Human Resources products and/or communications and training development is highly desirable
* Utility player willing to pitch in and do what it takes to help team succeed
* Experience managing and directing teams or the work of other resources to accomplish a shared goal
