NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Digital Fraud SME to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).



Core Responsibilities:


Practice SMEs support client relationships and sales pursuits, solution architecture, brand promotion, collateral, asset creation, and community development in their Consulting area of expertise.  These responsibilities complement their billable work in risk related engagements for our clients.  While this role is expected to be primarily billable in the execution of risk related projects for our clients, there are additional responsibilities for this role.



Ideal candidates have consulting-relevant experience including: conducting structured analysis, program definition and management, and consultative, collaborative problem-solving.


Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years hands-on work experience within fraud operations, analytical models, fraud technology platforms, and/or governance programs.

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business process degree and 7 years hands-on work within fraud operations, analytical models, fraud technology platforms and governance programs.
  • 5 + years working with business on solving fraud, payment system integrity, real time payments and digital channels around challenges and addressing business opportunities
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Combination of consulting and industry expertise preferred; if not consulting then high degree of project-based execution and leadership within industry
  • Has a served as an advisor on fraud, payments, and security matters to senior leaders representing the business, operations and technology
  • Experience creating thought leadership and white papers and presenting in this area of expertise is preferred
  • Experience building and implementing fraud prevention and management solutions using industry best practice tools, technologies and methods Experience developing process and architecture roadmaps to implement next generation analytics solutions and integration of analytics, (biometrics, behavioral analytics, and multi-stage authentication models to migrate to the next level for the digital channels.
  • Use of ‘traditional’ fraud prevention and management platforms in the industry and analytics tools and techniques (e.g. Falcon, Lexis Nexis, BAE Systems, ACI, SAS, etc)
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and in client organizations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
