NTT Data is searching for an experienced, growth-minded Digital Solution Sales Specialist capable of interfacing with the C-suite. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients by advising on industry-leading digital and cloud solutions and help build a new business unit in an established top 10 IT Services company. This position will play an important role in driving growth across our expanding digital transformation business.

As a Digital Solutions Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing opportunity across our Application Modernization business as part of our newly launched Digital Transformation Services team.  We work with customers to harness the full potential of their applications, simplify their IT environment and easily leverage game-changing technologies, including cloud, mobility and virtualization. You will represent NTT Data and will be expected to quickly grow your high margin business. Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding the business and advising on industry-leading application modernization and cloud integration solutions to streamline business operations, improve agility and adapt to changing technology needs
  • Sponsors and institutionalizes new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet clients’ needs and objectives
  • Able to assess and assist in qualifying potential sales opportunities and developing value propositions to help maintain qualified pipeline of opportunities
  • Possesses cross-functional leadership skills to successfully partner with other teams including vertical sales, solutioning, delivery, partners, and marketing in driving apps modification sales
  • Previous experience driving, planning and implementing Application Modernization, Cloud-Native Solutions, Agile and DevOps Transformation Services.
  • Ability to review key Application Modernization/Digital Transformation proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction prior to presentation to client
  • Provide thought leadership covering concepts such as Cloud Native Product Architecture and Engineering, CI/CD, Agile, DevSecOps, LowCode, micro services and APIs,
  • Extensive contacts with C-suite executives
  • Prefer 4 years of experience in a matrixed-managed environment. Ability to thrive in a matrixed managed team environment. MUST be a team player.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance programs including, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI, NIST 800-53 and GDPR

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years as a sales professional with a proven track record of selling Digital Related Applications, BPO or Infrastructure Services and successfully meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling application modification services and an understanding of the importance of solution and delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree or four years professional experience
