NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Engagment Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).





Relationship and Business Development:

Develop long term relationships with senior leaders at the client.
Identify engagement expansion opportunities within the account.
Participate solution development for proposals.
Maintain regular communications and updates with the Client Lead, Client and Consulting teams.
Stay at the forefront of changing technology and industry trends and understand the impact on client’s business.Resource Management:
Assign teams to projects and complete on-boarding requests.
Work with Fulfillment Solutions Partner to review internal profiles, identify best talent for projects, interview as necessary and select internal talent.
Work with the Client Lead, Fulfillment Solutions Partner and Recruiting for external hires and present the job requirements needed.
Identify the team that will be responsible for interviewing new talent through Recruiting and participate in decisioning.
Distribute on-boarding materials to new team members as they roll on to projects.
Function as the frontline resource for best practices to develop team members in role.
Develop and maintain client relationships and keep Consulting team updated.
Provide performance feedback to project members.
Delivery and Quality Management:

Lead complex projects, ensure timelines are met and handle client issues.
Manage project deadlines, budget, margin and contracted deliverables.
Facilitate regular team meetings to review current state of projects, issues, additional needs, and answer questions.
Provide content /updates for Monthly Engagement Reviews and participate on team calls.
Critique and advise on critical aspects of project strategies to ensure project success.
Participate in preparation for company quality activities.
Guide utilization of consistent and standardized process and methodology.
Complete internal operational responsibilities. Account Management:

Provide input to SOW’s and Change Orders as Requested.
Facilitate regular Consulting team calls.
Participate in social or charity events with clients as requested.
Identify case study opportunities and document best practices.
Financial Management:

Manage margin for assigned projects.
Reinforce financial management best practices with team.
Facilitate Time and Expense approvals.


Basic Qualifications:

5+ Years of Project Management & Business Consulting in Financial Services
