NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Robotics Process Automation Lead, Financial to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).




The FS RPA Practice Lead manages pre-sale and delivery efforts of RPA and automation projects for Financial Services clients.  This includes developing collateral, presenting to clients, developing solution architectures and providing subject matter expertise on RPA projects. This person leads effective workgroups, assigns tasks, identifies issues, escalates risks, follows up and reports status as required.



* Collateral Development – Creates and enhances collateral to communicate the firm’s capabilities as well as proposal information for specific client pursuits.

* Solution Architecture – Develop proposed architecture solutions to specific client problems.

* Project Estimation and Staffing – Identify the appropriate resource mix for RPA projects.  Estimate project scope, schedule and cost.

* Client Communication – Meet with senior client personnel to support a variety of situations raging from “first call” introductory meetings, to proposal development and delivery.

* Internal Coordination – Partner with other organizations within NTT Data that support delivery of RPA services.

* Project Oversight – Work on multiple projects as a part-time subject matter expert to ensure quality and timely delivery.

* Research – Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in the RPA area to ensure all solutions include the best and latest thinking and developments.

* Balance stakeholder needs and effectively negotiate tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget. Balance needs of multiple stakeholders and gains buy-in from groups who may be resistant to change.



* Solid understanding of and demonstrated expertise in general automation and RPA. Experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or other Automation tools a big plus.

* Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to learn subject matter quickly

* Experience estimating and leading technical projects

* Flexible and adaptive, able to work in ambiguous situations

* Willing to travel

* Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.

* Strong ability to motivate, direct and lead others.



*3- 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Familiarity with financial services business and products

* 3-5+ years consulting experience
