NTT DATA Services currently seeks a [[OFSAA Consuant]] to join our team in [[Charlotte]], [[NC]], [[USA]].

 

 

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall design of components for Integration with OFSAA and Lombard.
• Gap analysis of the regulatory reporting requirements vis-à-vis out-of-the-box OFSAA product offering.
• Be responsible for managing partnerships with upstream and downstream groups.
• Understand overall OFSAA solution data foundation and identify data elements and derivations required to support AgileREPORTER solution.
• Develop ad-hoc data queries to analyze data and identify deficiencies during testing phase of the project.
• Liaison with Regulatory Reporting, Technical and Testing teams to identify test scenarios and facilitate in test data bed
• Play key role in defect triaging during Integrated and User Acceptance Testing cycles.
• Facilitate meetings in a way that gains consensus across stakeholders.
• Document core processes and controls used across the eONE platform and environment.
• Maintain data documentation, including mapping documents, business rules and business processes.
• Participate in Agile project methodology sessions, including grooming sessions, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives.
• Ensure program requirements are met including informing key stakeholders and leadership of impacts and changes to the project.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvement, documenting them and executing them.
• Perform internal process consultant role on business process definition and/or improvement opportunities.
• Effectively communicate and prepare updates for senior management.

 

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of OFSAA solutions implementation (ERM, EPM, FCCM etc).
• Functional knowledge of OFSAA suites EPM or ERM including related data models.
• Knowledge of OFSAA Run-Rule framework.
• In-depth understanding of dimensions, hierarchies and attributes.
• Excellent SQL skills.

• IT experience in BFSI domain. 

 

Desired Qualifications:
• Understanding of AgileREPORTER package.
• Knowledge of Fed regulatory reports.
• Managed/played a consulting role in large transformational programs across multiple domains of Risk, Finance & Performance Management.
• Demonstrated experience in SDLC/Agile Safe development, application design, software development, and testing.    
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and efficient.

 

Operational Skills:
• Work closely with internal and external clients, technical resources and executives (Application Managers, Business Analysts, System Analysts and Development / Quality teams)
• Coach and mentor a dedicated Team with the appropriate behaviors associated with building a high performing team and application knowledge base
• Ealuate the risks and solutions before taking action, so that action plans are timely, realistic and positive
• Thorough understanding of key business processes and ability to communicate and translate those needs to technical solutions
• Promote a collaborative Team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and high performance
• Responsible for meeting company’s customer advocacy & satisfaction objectives

 

Minimum Education and Certifications:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Basic Qualification:

3+ years of OFSAA solutions implementation (ERM, EPM, FCCM)
