We are currently seeking a Workforce Readiness Consulting Manager to join our team in the United States (US).


***This is a virtual/REMOTE U.S. based role (preferred locations Charlotte, Atlanta, Plano, DC, NYC, Chicago, Boston) which will require 25-50% variable travel.

The Organizational Change Consulting Manager will help to build a successful Workforce Readiness Consulting Practice.  As an OCM Lead with NTT DATA, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions:


Client contributions:
- Act as an expert, senior advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative
- Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive and customized Workforce Readiness and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
- Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients
- Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of Workforce Readiness activities. 
- Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates
- Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach
- Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey


Internal practice contributions:
- Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at various levels to high-performance / high results
- Contribute to business development in the form of solution design, client proposals, budget forecasting and management, engagement planning and resourcing
- Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth
- Engage in hiring process including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing
- Research and build out new services for clients to stay ahead of the curve
- Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates


Basic Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or Communications
- 7+ years of experience leading successful medium to complex organizational change management involving organization development / design, organizational effectiveness, culture and workforce transformation, learning and training design / development / delivery
- 5+ years Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience contributing to the growth of a practice
- 2+ years experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 20 members
- SAP and/or Salesforce implementation experience
- Experience partnering with sales and account teams, and developing advisory level client relationships
- Experience developing custom solutions, pricing estimates, and presentations that drive business development efforts
- Experience managing $2M+ in revenue


- Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification

For Colorado Candidates
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $131,000-$240,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.  The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.  This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
