NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Change Management Lead to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).



Job Description:

·        Prepare and update training plan whenever there is change in training module

·        Train new hires on processes and tools

·        Prepare and publish performance ranking for the team

·        Analyze the daily workload every month for rostering the shift

·        Conducting weekly team huddle to share the latest updates and to address issues/concerns

·        Report on weekly review of team’s Performance.

·        Weekly production and quality report to Management

·        Suggest service improvements for cost avoidance

·        Prepare weekly/monthly reports and submit to management

·        Create/update and maintain Risk and action items tracker

·        Send daily pending status update to client stakeholders

·        Identify and highlight to the appropriate authority any service concern or improvement opportunity

·        Manage the day-to-day operations of the Change Management team

·        Ensure follow up on quality issues from the quality department

·        Support and monitor day-to-day work processes and meet production and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

·        Increase the team's productivity and quality

·        Ensure proper staffing within team and also proper communication across all lines of authority within the team.

·        Adherence to the specified standards of Quality and Audit / Risk requirements

·        Responsible for setting of Team objectives and delivery for the unit.


Skill Set Required:


8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.

Excellent communication skills.

ITIL knowledge is a must.

Customer engagement skills

Prior experience in leading the team

ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma certification would be an added advantage

Possess good analytical skills.
