NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Oracle Agile PLM Change Analyst to join our team in Hyderbad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

 

 

  • The Change Analyst will work closely with Product Data Management (PDM) team members to support  Agile users from R&D and Supply Chain on New Product and Sustaining change management in Agile/SAP.

  • Write and manage the processing of change requests in Agile/SAP to ensure the accurate and timely review, release and implementation of parts, documents and BOMs for new product release and sustaining change management. Knowledge of product/part configuration and interchangeability requirements is required. Ensure product/component part numbers are assigned accurately, BOMs are configured correctly and changes are documented completely for traceability during production and in the field. Responsible for importing BOMs to support NPI to meet build schedules and ensure redlines accurately. Responsible for ensuring Agile/SAP part attributes are complete, current, and accurate to meet requirements for corporate ERP system.

  • Develop, maintain, update PDM business processes used for the release, approval and management of changes. Ensure optimum and efficient utilization of the PDM processes and Agile/SAP to provide accurate, consistent and timely information to the department's internal and external customers.

  • Facilitate the Agile/SAP product data Integrity program by running advanced searches and reports. Coordinate content with cross functional team owners, import corrections, write changes to documents to meet data integrity requirements for Agile/SAP.

  • Communicate the status of ECOs, MCOs, DCOs, Deviations, and custom workflows which are in progress with cross functional team members. Run and publish weekly change metrics reports.

  •  

    6+ years of experience with Product Data Management, Configuration Management, change order analysis and coordination experience in high tech environment.
  • Experience with Agile Administration and/or SAP is a plus.
  • Experience with product development, production, and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge and experience in high tech product documentation procedures.
  • Strong ability in developing systems and business processes to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, prioritize with customer driven focus.
  • Excellent Agile/SAP skills. Proven ability to utilize Agile search, import/export and reporting functionality to meet and maintain PDM data integrity requirements
  • Required to support the customer in 2 PM - 10 PM IST shift, Monday through Friday.
