The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts on license management, resolving user issues through case management, participating in user acceptance testing, (UAT), writing reports, and creating job aids. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform.


  • Monitor and support users through Salesforce Case resolution.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management.
  • Salesforce license assignment and management
  • Create job aids, and work with training team to refresh web-based training materials for each release
  • Technical testing / QA
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business to ensure that solutions meet the defined product requirements by logging defects.
  • Document internal team processes and procedures
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as Salesforce and associated applications are developed.
  • Log and track identified system problems through to resolution
  • Stay informed of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security),
  • Implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.,
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for seasonal Salesforce releases,
  • Document, document, document,
  • Grow the skill set.

Experience Required:

Minimum three (3) years of experience as a administrator in Sales Cloud

Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment Admin ADM201 certification

Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption

Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

Strong understanding of best practices and functionality

Strong data management abilities

A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion

A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate requirements
