We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Tier 1 Support of all Customer Inquires for assistance. via Telephone, Web, Walk-In or e-Mail
• Being prepared to professionally assist customer support questions or learning where to route issues for other Service Providers
• Installation of workstations including software and configuration
• Troubleshoot, repair, and testing of workstations
• Technical and Operational training of personal computer users
• Provide support to VIP customers and be willing to work after office hours and during weekends and holidays
• Work with the Service Delivery Manager and Tower Lead to ensure that the clients explicit and implicit expectations are met and exceeded

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience without a degree; 1+ years of experience with an undergraduate degree.
• A+ Certification
• Must be US Citizen and should have the ability to get Security Clearance
• Willingness to work after office hours and during weekends and holidays 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate Degree 

• Good knowledge/experience in networks, network, and physical security is preferred 
• Experience working in support of Federal agencies
