We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide client desktop images, configuration, software distribution, and patching
• Provide 3rd-level technical support in resolving internal and customer technical issues

• Creation, Support & Implementation for Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 Imaging

• Dynamic Driver injection, Patch Management, Application Packaging & KACE Image Management

• End to End Project Management following the process starting with documentation (SOW) till the Product Delivery.

• Incident Management, Tracking & Solution for any issues related to the Engineered Solution.

• Third Level Escalation Support to NTT Data Technical Support Teams.

• Designing & Implementing Enterprise Solutions for Enterprise Customers with Server Imaging and Support.

• OEM Driver Management and Integration

• Manage project deliverables and support services such that all the SLA's are met for every measuring period
• Ensure contractual deliverables are provided and performance SLA’s are achieved 
• Identify and manage all dependencies, risks and issues that occur during the project life cycle

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years end-user support with high school diploma (or 4+ years relevant experience with associate degree or 2+ years relevant experience with a bachelors degree) 
• 1+ years of Infrastructure and desktop support experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Certifications
• Bachelors degree
