NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Manager EVV to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina (US-SC), United States (US).

 

 

The Electronic Visit Verification Project Manager (EVV PM) will be an integral part of NTT DATA Services South Carolina Multi-Vendor Integrator (SC MVI) Team. The EVV PM will work to ensure that the client’s business needs are met by providing specialized knowledge and expertise of healthcare programs and projects to review and validate requirements deliverables and lead business process analysis and reengineering. The position will support a Project Management Office (PMO) supporting the analysis and transition of components of the State’s Medicaid program from a legacy system to a modular enterprise. The EVV PM provides oversight during design, development, implementation, operations stabilization and final federal certification. He/she will aid in ensuring that the EVV vendor supports the service level agreements (SLAs), policies and reporting, that adequately support the client's needs. The candidate will work directly with contracted vendors, business users and the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) client to provide recommendations to the project team on project issues, risks and observations.

 

 

Additional duties include:

• Develop and implement appropriate procedures and reporting
• Client relationship and expectation management
• Vendor performance management
• Preparing work plans, status reports, executive briefings
• Managing communication, coordination and performance of other stakeholders as needed
• Contribute to setting required project pace by defining corresponding project and individual responsibilities, objectives, tasks, schedules, and outputs
• Manage project risks and issues: root cause analysis, implementation of corrective/preventive actions and continual process improvement efforts
• Create and sustain a culture that encourages high performance of individuals and teams

Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of Medicaid IT system experience
• Minimum 2 years healthcare IT project management experience
• Experience working on large, complex systems projects

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• EVV application, implementation and/or operational experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience with EVV products and services
• Strong leadership aptitude to foster a positive work environment that considers the dynamics of physical, social, psychological, and environmental factors
• Strong interpersonal skills to build client rapport and develop/discipline/reward employees
• Solid analytical skills and ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Experience conducting meetings, interviews and making presentations
• Knowledge of CMS Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit (MECT) beneficial
• Knowledge of Medicaid Information Technical Architecture (MITA) and MITA State Self-Assessment components and processes
• Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems
