We are currently seeking a HR Senior Analyst (Success Factors) to join our team in Remote, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

The HRIS role will support NTT DATA Services HRIS internal environment. This role will perform SuccessFactors support activities as well as engage in project and change requests. This is a key position that requires SuccessFactors configuration skills and knowledge.


Success Factors experience mandatory


  • Minimum 3-5 yrs experience in Compensation, Performance/Goals, Employee Central
  • Ability to create ad-hoc report upon request
  • Should have Strong hands-on experience in configuration and role permissions
  • Communication with leadership and other teams regarding status and downstream impacts
  • Robust presentation and analytical skills including expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated professional maturity to handle confidential information
  • Functional expertise in several HCM areas including organizational management, personnel administration, payroll, time management, HR reporting, etc.
  • Understanding of Union preferred
