We are currently seeking a Personnel Talent Development Manager to join our team in Crystal City, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).


As a talent development manager for NTT DATA you will manage personnel competencies, skill sets, job roles, and learning events, with the goal of helping develop employee training plans and monitoring each employee's learning progress for their current and future roles. Job responsibilities include utilization of Competency Management (CM) systems and tools like 360 assessments, Talent Management Suite (TMS), Performance Management, and Individual Learning and Training Plans (ILTPs). Responsible for monitoring, testing, and oversight of the Competency Management elements of the LMS to include Providing training on using the talent/competency management features. You will work closely with the technical team to ensure that talent management tool issues are tracked and resolved.


Your work with client personnel will help advance the ongoing client mission to promote and demonstrate democratic values across the globe. You will be directly contributing to the client's efforts to provide international development and disaster assistance that helps save lives, reduce poverty, strengthen democratic governance, and help people emerge from humanitarian crises and progress beyond assistance.


Security Clearance Requirement:

  • U.S. Citizen with a Secret (or higher) Clearance or (Interim required to start)


Experience Requirement:

  • 6 or more years of experience successfully supporting talent management, talent acquisition, or in a learning and education related field.
  • 6 or more years of experience designing and launching successful programs or projects and developing go-to-market strategies, particularly in performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • 6 or more years of experience successfully partnering with internal stakeholders from various parts of the organization and ensure successful outcomes cross-functionally.
  • 6 or more years of experience working closely and collaboratively with a wide array of stakeholders to achieve program goals.


Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree
