We are currently seeking a Training Logistics Manager to join our team in Crystal City, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

The Training Logistics Manager will support a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) worldwide training program and is responsible for:

• Oversight of the course scheduling 
• Scheduling instructors and facilitators to staff the courses
• Monitoring timely arrival of training materials at training sites
• Serving as primary communication link with USAID customers regarding course arrangements
• Reviewing participant evaluations post-traning, identifying abnormalities and addressing those with the Project Manager to report to the USAID COR
• Sharing course evaluations with instructors and facilitators 
• Assuring the performance of at least annual classroom observations of individual instructors and facilitators to reinforce positive classroom behaviors and address deficiencies
• Conducting Training of Trainers and orientation for new instructors and facilitators

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of operational experience in training programs including experience assigning staff and/or trainers worldwide
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Training and Education or related discipline preferred
• Training program development
• Project management experience with time sensitive deliverables
• People management skills
• Project management
• Scheduling
• International experience highly desired.
