NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Healthcare Information Technology Project Manager to join our team.  The immediate project will be located at our client’s location in Danville, Pennsylvania.  Weekly travel to the client location is acceptable, however Project Manager must be onsite Monday (noon) to Friday (noon) eastern time zone. The Project Manager is responsible for consistent application of all standard project management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle as aligned to the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This role will be a part of the ePMO team.  Requirements include PM with PM3 methodology knowledge.    


Role Responsibilities

  • Drives all aspects of healthcare program management activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization including the following: Changes that affect scope, schedule and resources are identified, managed and controlled with an integrated and cohesive plan
  • Defines program value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for global programs
  • Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc.) to complete the program objectives on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Scope is defined, approved, managed, controlled; ensuring completed deliverables are accepted by the customer
  • Schedule is developed and managed to on-time delivery
  • Costs are estimated and managed to deliver project within customer approved budget, while preserving profit margins
  • Risks and issues are proactively identified and managed
  • Ensures that constituent project managers adhere to the standard project management methodology throughout the project lifecycle, as aligned to PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • Drives program decisions to support NTTDATA’s and/or the customer’s strategic direction and business objectives
  • May be responsible for all or multiple aspects of the Project Management Office (PMO) functions which includes, but is not limited to the following: project portfolio governance and project portfolio management, project resource management, and/or project quality management
  • May be responsible for project and program management standards and processes and the PMO organization
  • Understands service offerings to identify and articulate new business opportunities and provide sales support
  • High quality is planned and delivered on the project, meeting all agreed upon requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction through the management of the overall customer experience
  • Communications are planned and conducted during the project to ensure stakeholders are involved, expectations are accurately set, managed, and key stakeholders receive adequate communications throughout the project lifecycle and this includes customer and NTT DATA Stakeholders
  • Purchases are planned and suppliers are managed efficiently and according to policy


  • Undergraduate degree and 6+ years project management experience or Graduate degree and 4+ years of project management experience
  • PMP Certification
  • Must have healthcare infrastructure and data warehouse experience within last 4 years
  • 2+ years of Healthcare Provider experience
  • 2+ years working in a Waterfall Methodology environment
