NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Hospital IT Network Team Lead to join our team in Detroit, Michigan.  We are only considering local applicants at this time.  Normal work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.  After hours and weekend support will be required as needed.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide escalation point of contact for local hospital administration
  • Provide guidance / prioritization to junior team members
  • Diagnoses and resolves highly technical networking and related system problems
  • Conducts research and analyzes data to make and/or recommend modifications to systems and application software
  • Documents engineering standards and makes recommendations for all network security capabilities
  • Conducts research, evaluates, and recommends new tools and/or technologies, including cost analysis and justification to satisfy a business requirement


Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Specialist working with Citrix and Application Virtualization (XenApp/ Presentation Server)
  • 5+ years of experience Network Specialist working with Network Data, Wireless, and Cisco
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
  • Prior hospital / healthcare experience required
  • Prior experience supporting network / system in an enterprise environment
  • Must have strong verbal and written skills to communicate with hospital leadership

  • Graduate degree preferred
