NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Analyst - Ireland. to join our team in London, London, City of (GB-LND), United Kingdom (GB).

 

 

  • Interacting with business owners, product teams, product vendors, other applications owners, external customers and internal customers to identify requirements and deliver those within stipulated timelines.
  • Provide content leadership in working with the clients in defining solutions to their business requirements.
  • Project Manage delivery of the agreed engagement outcomes for the client.
  • Interacting with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation etc.
  • Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood.
  • Translating business requirement document to software requirement specifications.
  • Experience in project design and creation of technical specifications.
  • Ingesting data feeds (logs) into Splunk, writing adhoc queries in SPL as per end user need, creating dashboards, reports and alerts in Splunk.
  • Should be able to assist in the proper operation and performance of Splunk, loggers and connectors
  • Responsible for installing and configuring the monitoring tools, add users (Operations Center) and installing agents on servers and network equipment
  • Should be able to able to play catalyst role between business and IT
  • Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers
