This position works with Healthcare account leaders to define migration strategy and designs improved processes to deliver ITIL based service support and technical account management. 

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Healthcare IT Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Fountain Valley, CA.

Role Responsibilities

-Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals
-Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters
-Installs and supports both hardware and software components for users
-Evaluates system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources
-Provide technical support and incident management service desk functions
-Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software problems and/or issues
-Ensures customer satisfaction by communicating with customers on the status of their requests and documents the status accordingly

Basic Requirements:

-3 to 5 years of end user support including standard Desktop and laptop, Printer, Plotter, Scanner, Desk Phone, Smarthand support, IMAC-D

-3 to 5 years experience working in a networked environment using the following applications or protocols: End user support-Desktop support-Windows operating system - Local and Network Installation, Internet explorer, TCP/IP, DHCP, Device Manager, Registry editor, User Manager, Admin Commands

Preferences:

-Knowledge / experience using: End user support-Desktop support-Citrix,VPN, Antivirus and SCCM Client Wise. Client,Sonic Wall, Cisco, F5 VPN etc

-Excellent customer services skills
