NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Agile Program Manager (SalesForce) - Frankfort, KY to join our team in Frankfort, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).



We are actively seeking a skilled  Program Manager (PMP) / Scrum Master who will be responsible for successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects within a Digital Transformation program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience leading large-scale, complex programs spanning multiple organizations or business units.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or hold Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster
  • 5+ years experience managing projects involving application development, including within an Agile environment such as Scrum.
  • Experience with SalesForce is strongly preferred.
  • Experience communicating effectively at the program level as well as the proven ability dive into both technical and non-technical project details.

  • Advanced problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Public speaking experience.
  • Significant experience in meeting facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Significant experience resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
  • Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Customer centric focus in task completion.
  • Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
  • In-depth, hands on knowledge of Microsoft product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
  • Experience championing and leading organizational change.
